PE 35700 Theory and Methods of Coaching Wrestling

This course will prepare students to coach interscholastic wrestling. The areas of study includes: history, rules, scoring, technology, conditioning, offensive/defensive maneuvers, and actual "on the mat" practice. Additionally, planning and supervising effective practice sessions and administering dual meets and tournaments will be covered.
