SOC 20600 Introduction to Social and Cultural Research Methods

This course will introduce students to various methods of studying culture and society.  Students will learn how to prepare research proposals and how to prepare and use a variety of research instruments.  Students will learn how to use various forms of quantitative and qualitative analysis.  Students will apply what they have learned under the guidance of their professor. Students must have access to a voice recorder.
