SPMGT 37040 Sport Marketing and Promotion

This course examines the unique process of applying marketing principles to the sport industry. The purpose of this course is to survey the functions of sport marketing. Students will learn about integrated marketing strategies within the sport industry and will gain a better understanding of sport consumers, the needs and desires of sport consumers, and the marketing mix as it applies to sport.

a grade of C or better in SPMGT 27020 and MRKT 35010. Also required is the successful completion of the Writing Proficiency Assessment (WPA) or ENGL 21000.
