HAH 655N Interprofessional Leadership Development

Prerequisites: None. This course introduces students to the distinctive principles, methods, tools, and impact of management and leadership in healthcare. Through an evidence-informed lens, students investigate organizational and operational challenges with an emphasis on values-driven strategy, effective decision-making, and leading practices in healthcare administration. Learners engage with a range of relevant sources while gaining insight into real-world leadership through direct interaction with executives from healthcare systems across the country who bring deep experience and expertise. The result is a practical, strategic foundation for leading in one of the most complex and consequential sectors of society.
