Anth 556 Issues in Cultural Resource Management
Examines the current cultural, legal and regulatory issues, problems, and frameworks affecting the management of cultural resources in North America and elsewhere in the world. Course coverage will include such topics as the laws affecting antiquities trafficking, and the relationships between indigenous peoples and archaeologists. Also offered for undergraduate-level credit as Anth 456.
