Psy 430 Applied Social Psychology
Explores current and potential applications of social psychological theories and research methods, with a focus on work conducted in field settings. As a final project, each student examines an applied area of their own choosing (previous projects have focused on normative role transitions, responses to natural disasters, political attitudes, conflict resolution, and intergroup relations). Also offered for graduate-level credit as Psy 530 and may be taken only once for credit.
