Counseling Services in the Center for Student Health & Counseling (SHAC) offers a variety of services designed to support the emotional well-being of PSU students. Services are provided by a professional staff of licensed psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, and doctoral and master-level students in training. Services include: initial consultations, brief individual therapy, group therapy and support groups, emergency/crisis counseling, psychiatric assessment and treatment, referral assistance, psycho-educational workshops and trainings, and consultation for the campus community.
