Metropolitan Tuition Policy (MTP)

Residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Long Island and New York City Metro Area are eligible for a special tuition discount at Rhode Island College of the in-state tuition rate plus 50% (beginning in the Fall of 2019 for the 2019-20 academic year).

Forms for verification of residence for this purpose are available in the Records Office and must be submitted for approval prior to the close of registration.
