POL 315 Western Legal Systems

This is a comparative study of English common law and continental European civil law. Students cannot receive credit for both POL 315 and HIST 315.

Prerequisite

Completion of one of the following: HIST 101, HIST 102, HIST 103, HIST 104, HIST 105, HIST 106, HIST 107, or HIST 161; or consent of department chair.
