MUS 205W Music History and Literature I

Students become familiar with the first three of six eras of Western art music history (medieval, Renaissance, and baroque) and explore the scores, styles, genres, composers, and historical and cultural events. This is a Writing in the Discipline (WID) course.

MUS 230 and MUS 232, or consent of instructor.
