Fredonia's Office of Grants & Sponsored Programs provides grants development and support to faculty and staff. The office offers a wide range of pre- award services for external grants and contracts, including proposal and budget development, campus administration approvals and proposal submissions and contracts.

The office serves as liaison to The Research Foundation for SUNY (RF), the campus' fiscal agent for grants and contracts, which is responsible for all of post-award functions of funded projects.

Both Fredonia's Institutional Review Board (IRB) - the Human Subjects Review Committee (HSRC) - as well as the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) are administered by the Office of Grants & Sponsored Programs.
