NRSG 212P Health Assessment and the Nursing Process

Emphasis on the nursing process and physical assessment of children and adults. Includes introduction to psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and nutritional assessment.  Two credit hours of clinical lab experience which includes learning experiences in the skills lab and patient care in an acute care facility. This course it taught in an accelerated format over the summer on the Portland campus only.  Prerequisite: NRSG 211P.  Corequisites: NRSG 210P and NRSG 213P. (Course fees apply.)
