MUCT 112 Introduction to Music Theory

Study of all minor scales, chromatic intervals, and inverted triads. Aural skills include recognition of chromatic intervals, triads, and melodic dictation. Open to students who have not passed the theory placement examination or who need additional preparation before taking MUCT 121 Music Theory I. 0 credit lab required. May not apply toward a music major or minor. Offered as needed.
