BIOL 150 Introduction to the Marine Sciences

Introduction to the global oceans and seas, including physical, biological and societal aspects. Students will also be introduced to the basics of marine organism husbandry for laboratory use. Includes a survey of career prospects in the marine sciences. One laboratory per week.
