PHRM 899 IPPE-3 Selective Elective

Introduces practical aspects of pharmacy practice areas outside of the traditional community pharmacy practice or institutional pharmacy practice and prepares learners for practice of Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs). Opportunities are provided to apply pharmaceutical knowledge and skills in special populations, distinct practice areas, home infusion, long term care, specialty pharmacy, or managed care.  Learning activities to build foundational pharmacist proficiency could include practice management, individualized care plans, patient and caregiver education, population health, or consulting.
