For curriculum information, contact the Arts and Humanities Division—Room HVPA-200—443-518-1480.

This course of study is designed for students who wish to be better prepared to transfer to a college, conservatory, or university that offers a professional music degree in performance/jazz studies. Students seeking to transfer to a college, conservatory or university with a professional music degree program should check the requirements of the specific institutions to which they intend to apply. This letter of recognition in addition to HCC’s Music A.A. area of study will provide the necessary classes for those students seeking to transfer to programs that list Jazz Studies or Jazz Performance as a major.
