CD-751 Aural Rehabilitation: Treatment of Hearing Disorders

Prerequisites: CD750 or equivalent. This course meets the ASHA minimum requirement for study of habilitative/rehabilitative procedures with speech and language problems associated with hearing impairment. Effects of hearing loss on speech and language development, assistive devices, alternative modes of communication, and therapeutic methods are covered.
