PA-860 Senior Seminar

Prerequisites: Successful completion of all first-year courses and any previous clerkships. In this two-week, on-campus seminar course, students will study medical topics from the NCCPA Blueprint and take practice examinations in preparation for the Physician Assistant National Certification Examination (PANCE). Students will have the opportunity to reflect on their PA education experiences. Translation of clinical skills into scholarship will be demonstrated by student teams through presentation of their capstone projects. Preparation for transition to practice will be achieved through lecture, group work, and laboratory experiences.
