HE 711 HPED Leadership, Evaluation, and Innovation
Prerequisites: Prior master’s level professional training. This course combines elements of program evaluation, leadership, and innovation within health professions education. Students will explore major frameworks for program design and evaluation, examine leadership theories, and engage with current innovations in the field. The course emphasizes the application of improvement science, change management, and leadership principles to the development and evaluation of health professions education programs. Through reflective practice, case studies, and a final project, students will enhance their ability to lead and innovate in educational settings.
