CHD 1800 Management in Child Care

This course explores the role of the administrative process in child care and the laws that affect the operation of a center. Facility, program, budget, schedule, and food -management are emphasized. This course fulfills a portion of the required 120 clock hours of formal training for the Florida Child Care Professional Credential (formerly known as the CDA/CDAE). This course will include a 20-hour service learning component outside the classroom.
