Telephone and WebEx Conferencing Services

Information services provides state-of-the-art Cisco Unified Communications Voice over IP (VoIP) video telephone service to faculty and staff. This includes integrated Cisco Jabber chat services and digital voicemail which is now accessible via exchange e-mail. Cisco WebEx audio and video conferencing services are an integrated feature of the Cisco unified communications platform. Staff and faculty can visit https://go.up.edu and select the ‘WebEx’ application to schedule WebEx meetings with desired attendees on or off campus. Information services also provides local dial tone to students in campus residence halls.
