AS 001 Air Force ROTC Physical Training

Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Physical Training is comprised of three one-hour sessions of rigorous physical exercise. Its intent is to physically prepare cadets for active duty Air Force, and culminates with a physical fitness assessment that includes a 1.5 mile run, push-ups, sit-ups, and body composition. Course graded P/NP.
