This course teaches cadets advanced skills and knowledge in leadership and communication. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing leadership skills. Cadets have an opportunity to apply these leadership and management techniques in a supervised environment as juniors and seniors.

As a continuation of AS 301, this course teaches cadets advanced skills and knowledge in leadership and communication. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing leadership skills. Cadets have an opportunity to try out these leadership and management techniques in a supervised environment as juniors and seniors.

This course is taken in conjunction with AS 301. It consists of a weekly laboratory including military customs and courtesies, physical fitness, drill and ceremonies, leadership studies, leadership exercises, and Air Force and Space Force officer career days. It provides students opportunities to use fundamental management skills while planning and conducting corps activities. Course is graded P/NP.
