ED 557 Ethical Leadership and Moral Imperative for Inclusive Practice

Participants will develop the ethical dispositions required of educational leaders committed to creating equitable and professional school district cultures. The course will consider challenges leaders face in meeting diverse needs of ALL children. Students will be asked to develop and apply personal ethical principles to relevant case studies. Students will analyze theories and practices related to diversity and cultural competency.
