HLTH 490 Internship in Health

Supervised field experience in an approved health care agency. Practical experience and application of responsibilities and competencies necessary for practicing health education. Internship credit is restricted to the major field of study. See the Internship Program in the Nondepartmental section of the Bulletin. Prerequisite: Approval by department. Prerequisites: HLTH 350, 427, 475; HLTH 217 or current certification in First Aid and CPR. Graded S or NC.
