Senior Citizens
Senior citizens, who are residents of North Carolina and sixty-five years of age or older, are eligible to enroll in both curriculum and continuing education classes without paying tuition/registration fees up to 6 credit hours per semester for curriculum instruction, and up to 96 contact hours for one course of continuing education instruction per academic semester, except for those classes that are self-supporting. Additional charges, however, may be required. This policy is subject to change according to legislation enacted by the North Carolina General Assembly.
