PED 174 Wilderness Pursuits

This course covers the skills necessary to prepare for and participate in a wilderness trip. Emphasis is placed on planning, preparing, and participating in a wilderness pack trip. Upon completion, students should be able to safely participate in overnight wilderness pack trips. This course has been approved to satisfy the CAA and the ICAA as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement.
