Course Description

In this course, students study the origin, uses, content, and format of healthcare data across the continuum of healthcare, including both paper and electronic health records (EHR); accreditation and regulatory requirements applicable to healthcare data; and methods of ensuring compliance with requirements: quality and integrity of healthcare data.
