Course Description

Students learn and practice the five phases of project management: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing a project. Students manage project case studies, applying various project management methodologies and utilizing industry standard project management software. This course also prepares students to take the PMI CAPM® certification exam, a test designed to validate understanding of the fundamental knowledge necessary for effective project management performance.
