NS 685 Clin Applic of Fam Ctr Care for Fam Spec

Prerequisites: NS621, NS623, NS623, NS625, HP622. Pass/Fail Grading only. This course involves the clinical application of theory and research on family-centered care for students planning to specialize in family-centered areas of practice. Family-centered specialties include Family Health, Pediatrics, and Women's Health. Clinical experiences are inpatient or outpatient Pediatric and Obstetrical settings, and will focus on developing specialty skills in those areas using a family-centered care framework.
