NH 763 MBS Nursing Practicum 2

Prerequsites: NH-761. NH-762 (pre or co-requisite). This two-credit clinical practicum will provide an opportunity for students to synthesize and integrate concepts from mind body spirit interventions into comprehensive holistic management of health problems with selected populations. Promotion of health and healing and incorporation of and/or referral to other disciplines that promote mind body spirit health and healing will take place. Individual supervision and group seminars will provide an opportunity for specialized learning specific to particular patient problems. Focus upon the holistic nursing role will be included.
