PA-720 The PA Profession

Prerequisites: Matriculation into the MPAS Program. Delivered across three modules, this course will begin with an introduction to the role of the PA in practice and the history of the PA profession in module one. Module two will explore the PA-patient relationship, including the role of the PA in providing culturally competent care, and the third module will begin a discussion of the use of scientific evidence in the practice of medicine.
