NS-680 Maternal-Child Nursing

Prerequisites: NS-661, NS-663, NS-664, NS-665, NS-622. Pass/Fail Grading only. This course uses a family-centered framework to offer knowledge necessary for the nursing care of childbearing women and children from infancy through adolescence. Bio-behavioral, developmental, and psycho-social factors influencing the health and well-being of women, children and families are examined in the context of wellness and illness.
