Lockers
Assigned Lockers
- Students must request lockers using this form.
- Due to limited locker space you must have a partner when requesting a locker.
- Any lockers with locks that have not been assigned by OSAS will be cut immediately. Contents will be emptied and kept in OSAS for one month. After one month, any unclaimed items will be thrown out or donated to charity.
- Once assigned a locker, student(s) should put a lock on it immediately. Students are responsible for providing their own locks. Lockers that do not have locks and are empty will be assumed to no longer be in use and assigned to another student.
Usage According to Program
- Students enrolled in CSD, DEN and PA will be allowed to use assigned lockers for their first year. Students will need to vacate lockers at the end of the Spring semester.
- DPT students will be allowed to use assigned lockers until the end of their second year. Lockers must be vacated at the end of the Summer semester.
- OTD students may use assigned lockers until the end of second year and must vacate at the end of the Spring semester.
- ABSN students and all other students may use day lockers.
Day Lockers
- Day lockers are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Students must provide their own lock.
- Valuables should not be left in lockers. MGH Institute of Health Professions is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All day lockers must be emptied out at the end of each business day (see building operation hours). Items left in lockers will be removed.
- Please only use the lockers that are marked with day locker stickers.
