Exceptions
If there is an extenuating circumstance that would cause a student to fall out of compliance, students must contact the Office of Compliance (StudentCompliance@mghihp.edu) as soon as possible to discuss the issue and/or request an exception. When requesting an exception, students are expected to have a documented plan detailing how they will regain their compliant status within Complio. Exception requests will be reviewed and discussed on a case-by-case basis, and the final determination will be made by the Office of Compliance, in collaboration with representatives from the appropriate departments/programs at the Institute.
If a student's exception request is accepted, a temporary status of "compliant" will be added to the student's account and will expire on the date referenced in the exception request.
If a student's exception request is not accepted, no changes will be made to their Complio account and they will be expected to comply with the requirements detailed in Complio.
