E-Mail and Voicemail
Each student will receive an Institute email address. Email will be a primary mechanism for communication between faculty and students. Students should check their Institute email daily. Failure to respond to email notification in a timely manner is considered unprofessional and may result in disciplinary action. This email address will be the primary mechanism for Institute communication. No email address other than the Institute address will be used for communication. See information technology (IT) staff for procedures for checking Institute email from home.
All faculty members have voice mail. Phone numbers for voice mail are generally available (e.g. through the Partner’s Telephone Directory on-line). Faculty can access voice mail messages via email when away from the office.
