20.3 Complaints Related to Institute Policies and Procedures

Complaints that refer to Institute policies or procedures should be directed to the Office of Student and Alumni Services (OSAS) studentlife@mghihp.edu.

If the student would like to pursue an anonymous process through the Office of Student and Alumni Services (OSAS), here is the link for the incident reporting mechanism: https://www.mghihp.edu/current-students-student-resources/student-incident-report.  If a student wishes to submit a general complaint, describe a concerning experience, or an apparent violation of MGH Institute policy, the student can do so using the Student Incident Report form.
