21.1 Format of Petitions
Petitions should be submitted to the Committee on Academic Policies and Procedures through the Faculty Advisor. Petitions should be submitted in the form of a letter addressed to the student’s Faculty Advisor or the Committee on Academic Policies and Procedures. Petitions should include the specific request, a complete explanation of why the request is being made, and must include supporting documentation to justify why the petition should be granted. Petition letters attached to Institute emails are acceptable. Please see MGH Institute Student Handbook.
