X. Program Review
The MGH Institute is committed to increasing the excellence of all academic programs. Comprehensive assessment of program performance includes multiple dimensions: (1) individual assessment of faculty members; (2) institutional Vital Signs dashboard; and (3) external academic program review.
While most entry-level degree programs receive specialized accreditation, that scrutiny tends to focus on meeting minimum thresholds related to the learning environment. Academic program review considers all aspects of program performance with the goal of assuring quality to a broad range of stakeholders and planning for continued improvement.
