10.1.1 Submission of Program Complaints
Learners who have complaints about any aspect of the MHA program should speak with the Program Director to determine if there is a reasonable solution that can be negotiated. If the learner does not get satisfaction through this mechanism, they must submit a formal written letter of complaint to the Program Director with the following information:
- Identify the person making the complaint
- Set forth and clearly describe the specific nature of the complaint
- Provide supporting evidence and/or data for the complaint
- Specify the changes that are sought by the complainant
