6.1 Email
Each learner will receive an Institute e-mail address. E-mail will be a primary mechanism for communication between faculty and students. Learners are required to check their MGH IHP email frequently. This e-mail address will be the primary mechanism for Institute communication. Desire 2 Learn (D2L) will also be used for program and course-level communication. See information technology (IT) staff for procedures for accessing Institute e-mail from personal devices.
It is expected that learners take initiative and professional responsibility to read and respond to email from faculty and fellow learners in a timely manner.
