7.1 Purpose of Course Evaluations
A major competency of being a healthcare leader is to solicit and provide feedback. Professional, constructive feedback assists the faculty’s ongoing development of individual courses and the curriculum as a whole. Learner input is a valuable component of course and curriculum evaluation in order to ensure the best possible learning experience for all, therefore you will be invited to provide feedback on your experiences throughout the program. In addition to completing course evaluations at the end of the semester, learners are encouraged to provide ongoing, constructive feedback to their instructors, academic advisors, and Program Director.
