4.3 Grade Disputes on Assignments

A learner who wishes to question a grade on an assignment must do so within two business days from the day the grade is received. Requests for review of a grade must be submitted to the instructor and Program Director in writing via email, with documentation supporting the request. The instructor is responsible for responding to the learner within two business days from receipt of the complaint. Extenuating circumstances, such as semester breaks or temporary unavailability of faculty, may necessitate a longer interval between request and resolution.
