Spanish Language Concentration

Students in the Applied Behavioral Sciences, B.A.; Human Services, B.A.Psychology, B.A.; or Social Science, B.A. programs may select a concentration in Spanish. The concentration is designed for undergraduate students who are interested in learning to communicate in Spanish. This concentration is offered in both face-to-face and online formats.

This concentration:

  • Requires completion of 15 QH including Spanish courses taken as part of the General Education requirement
  • Requires that 10 QH of coursework must be taken at NLU
  • Requires a minimum grade of “C” for each course in the concentration
  • Is not open to native speakers of Spanish
