CSJ 106 Law Enforcement
Formerly LAS 106. This course is an examination of contemporary American law enforcement. Policing and investigative agencies and their structures, functions and purposes are examined and evaluated. Topics include history, criminological role in society, trends in crime and enforcement, professionalism, organizational sub-cultures, ethics, corruption and civil liability. Prerequisite(s): None.
