This course provides an in-depth demonstration of the skills and techniques essential to effective leadership, including applications of goal setting, team building, negotiations, communications, and emotional intelligence. Course materials illustrate transformational leadership, forms of influence and motivation, the roles of trust and charisma, cultural diversity, ethics, and servant leadership.
