BDA 400 Introduction to Business Data Analytics

Students explore the fundamentals of the business analytics process and concepts from a business and managerial perspective. Emphasis includes the influence of data analytics and big data within the organization and its strategic plan, associated analytics techniques, and business applications. This is an advanced standing course that can be applied to baccalaureate and graduate degrees. Pre-requisite(s): This is an advanced standing course that may count toward both baccalaureate and master’s degrees. 3.0 or higher; or permission of the Program Chair or designate.
