KCUL 135 Café Production

This course immerses students in a food production kitchen. Students take on different roles and challenges, learning how to cook, serve and package a quick limited menu. Teamwork, speed, and timely delivery of well-prepared food will be emphasized. All culinary and baking/pastry lab courses require a C or better for a passing grade. Pre-requisite(s): KCUL 121. Co-requisite(s): None. 5 quarter hours
