PAC 106C Basic Health and Wellness

Basic Health and Wellness introduces students to the concept of Emotional First Aid and supports them to identify aspects of a daily routine that supports their physical and emotional health. Students learn the basics of planning simple, healthy breakfasts and lunches, the initial steps to contacting their health care providers and setting up appointments, how to access the NLU Counseling and Wellness Center and how to create a simple fitness routine.
