Topics covered include recruitment, selection, hiring, performance evaluation, compensation, motivation, training and development, legal environment such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and sexual harassment issues, and industrial relations. Emphasis on how managers can deal with and use the Human Resources function.
